Learn to play winning tennis by practising aggressive serving and hitting attacking ground strokes.
Play a tie-break up to 7 points, the server starting with an aggressive serve to the body or backhand of the opponent. The server then aims to win the point with attacking ground stokes, specifically the "BIG" forehand.
Objective: To develop appropriate decision making when serving.
1. Server to try and win the point within 3 of his shots.
2. Progress to win the point within 2 shots, that is serve and forehand ground stroke.
3. If the server fails to win the point within the designated number of shots, then the point goes to the returner.
