TramlinesCourtThe area of the court between the singles and doubles sidelines, also known as the 'alleys'.
BaselineCourtThe line at each end of the court that runs parallel to the net and marks the boundaries lengthwise of the playing area.
Service LineCourtThe service line runs parallel to the net. Together with the centre line and sideline, it demarcates the boundaries of the service courts.
Centre Line (centre service line)CourtThe line between the service boxes.
Service BoxesCourtThe space on each side of the net between the service line, service sideline and centre line.
The "T"CourtThe central area where the centre line joins the service line.
